Doctoral meeting in gather.Town space on Monday, 29 March, 2021
We created a virtual conference space to Gather.Town allows us to interact with one another similarly as we would do in person during the doctoral meeting. Gather is a video chat platform that has avatars move around a map. As you get close to other avatars, your video’s will pop up, and you will be able to chat. The unique feature of this web application is the interaction in a virtual space to bring people together and connect authentically. In this way, new and flexible conversation groups can always form.
