CRC supports Summer MEFALE 2020

CRC opens doors for summer vacation program

The SFB1052 has great interest making the obesity mechanism research accessible to the public. The vacation program MEFALE 2020 initiated by the Medical Faculty of Leipzig University for children aged between 10-12 years. We have created a great program to engage with a young audience eager to learn about obesity and nutrition. Prof. Blüher was delighted to give a presentation about nutrition, hidden sugars and every day live with obesity. Afterwards his listeners were able to become active themselves and try out different playful hands on activities.
