Congratulations to our new three t.e.a.m. basecamp candidates
Equality between women and men in the science system has not yet been achieved. Outstanding research, in particular, cannot do without the potential and excellence of female scientists. With the common goal of strengthening gender equality at Leipzig University, the Equal Opportunities Office has developed the t.e.a.m. basecamp programme.
The t.e.a.m. programme offers training in workshops, internal university expertise, alliances with female role models outside of academia and mentorships combined so that young female scientists can expand their skills and networks and benefit from the experiences of successful role models.
The gender equality programme team basecamp enters its 2nd round in June 2023. After the CRC board decision, the CRC financially supported three female researchers.
Welcome, and congratulation to:
Raphaela Wehr (CRC project B9, project leader Prof. M. Gericke)
Christina Kuhn (CRC project B6, project leader Prof. T. Schöneberg)
Isabell Kaczmarek (CRC project B6, project leader Prof. I. Liebscher)
