Everyone is talking about the topic of gender equality. We do too.
We are pleased to introduce the gender workshop of the research group CRC1052 to talk about woman career path.
There can be no social change - without good role models. That is why we have invited Prof. Iris Shai as an expert because she has successfully taken the academic career path. With her individual portrait, we would like to inform and inspire young female scientists about the diverse ways in science, with different perspectives and career patterns. Through Prof. Shais contribution and the opportunity to share experiences and attitudes, we want to encourage imitation and show young female researchers that this career path is worthwhile.
We look forward to a lively exchange and a successful workshop.
